On March 4th 2016, The Center for Vietnam Science and Technology Internationalization Promotion (VISTIP) has had a business meeting with Mrs. Lynn Tan – South East Asia Representative of Curtin University Australia. At the meeting, the two sides discussed important marks in S&T cooperation between the two countries, also introduced promising investment environment and opportunities for collaboration in mutual fields between the Center and the University.
VISTIP shared important information related to the Science and Technology in Vietnam to Curtin University. Besides, Curtin showed their strong points such as Simulation technology or emerging technology which can be applied in the field of space research, health care, sustainable development…Curtin University also discussed the plan of exchange of high-quality human resource and research collaboration.
After the discussion, the Center and the University together desired to have a Memorandum of Understanding soon. The two sides will keep contact and arrange another meeting soon in 2016 for further cooperation. VISTIP will support and introduce potential partners to Curtin University as well as being a focal point in Vietnam to promote the cooperation between Vietnam and Australia.
