REGULATION ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE

DIRECTOR OF THE CENTER FOR VIETNAM SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONALIZATION PROMOTION

Pursuant to the Decision No. 1439/QĐ-BKHCN dated 16^th June, 2014 by the Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology on issuing the regulation on organization and operation of the Center for Vietnam Science and Technology Internationalization Promotion;

DECIDES:

Article 1. Functions

The Administration Office, which is a division under the Center for Vietnam science and technology internationalization promotion, assists the Director to fulfill the Center’s functions and tasks assigned by the Minister

Article 2. Tasks

The Administration Office has following tasks:

1. Synthetizing documents and making plans;
2. Being responsible for accounting and finance ;
3. Carrying out the task of Organization and Personnel;
4. Carrying out the duties of administration and archives , firefighting, the Center’s assets management.
5. Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the Leaders of the Center.

Article 3. Organizational structure

1. Leaders of the Division consist of the Head and Deputy Heads of Division;

• The Head of Division, who manages the Division’s entire operation, is responsible to the Director and laws for implementing assigned tasks;
• The Deputy Heads of Division assist the Head of Division, are responsible to the Director,the Head of Division and laws for assigned tasks;
• Head and Deputy Heads of Division are assigned concurrently some specific tasks as an official.

2. Human resources of the Division consist of: public employees, contracted staff.

Article 4. Enforceability and implementation responsibility

This Decision takes effect on the date of signing and shall be adjusted and amended if there are inappropriate matters during the implementing process.

The Head of Office, public employees and staff of the Division are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
