The training course on knowledge and experience about domestic and international technology transfer

The Center for Vietnam Science and Technology Internationalization Promotion (VISTIP) has organized the training course  on knowledge and experience about domestic and international technology transfer from the 4th to 5th October, 2018  in Ha Noi.

The training course was organized for the purpose of improving knowledge and experience in negotiating and drafting technology transfer contracts in order to serve the technology transfer consultancy services as well as domestic and international technology transfer research tasks.

The training course has been carried out by Assoc. Prof- Phd Tran Van Hai – Lecturer of University of Social Sciences and Humanities –Vietnam  National University, Ha Noi. He is a well -known senior expert about technology transfer consultancy and intellectual property (IP).

The training course consists of the contents about technology transfer contracts, technology transfer contracts negotiations, transfer pricing, the term and method of payment as well as the  practice of drafting technology transfer contracts will be applied for domestic and international case by case.

Attendees of the training course are technology transfer consultants, and researchers from the Center for application of science and technology advances of provinces and cities, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), Directorate of Fisheries, Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences (VAAS), National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development- Ministry of Science and Technology….

The training course was exalted , actively discussed with many questions, exchanged difficulties in drafting and signing technology transfer contracts. All training course’s participants highly appreciated the contents offered by the lecturer  and wished to continue to participate in more intensive training courses  about this subject or the same ones.

At the end of the training course Mr Bui quy Long – Director of The center for Vietnam Science and Technology Internationalization Promotion has conveyed  many thanks to Assoc. Prof- Phd Tran Van Hai as well as  the trainees who contributed to the success of the Training Course mentioned above.
